He thinks in signals, timings and tolerances – and makes sure a device works not just in the lab, but outside too, in continuous use, in the cold and under vibration. Dario makes sure technology doesn't just land, but looks good doing it. He shapes what happens between people and screen – and turns clicks into an experience.

Dario Zenhäusern bridges two worlds that rarely meet: technology and design. A trained electronics technician, then Interactive Media Designer – the logical, structured thinking of engineering meets creative craft. Today he works as a web and frontend designer, streamlines workflows and always puts UI and UX first. What clients really need he learned during his time as a sales advisor: he thinks from their perspective and builds websites and software that are simple and genuinely useful in everyday work. Since 2026 he has been a commissioner, responsible in the Valais for training aspiring Interactive Media Designers.

Tobias has been building digital products since app stores were new. He thinks in code but speaks plainly – even with people who've never written a line.

Tobias thinks in systems. He designs the architecture behind the applications, makes sure interfaces fit together cleanly and everything stays stable under load. Without ever losing sight of the person who ends up using it all – and he explains complicated things so they sound simple.

Raised in the family business in the Valais, today an entrepreneur with a soft spot for stories, brands and new tech. Michael finds ideas before others go looking.

Michael Schnyder has moved in the world of communication and innovation for over 20 years. As owner and co-owner of several nationally active companies, he connects strategy, communication and technology. His companies bring together around 25 talents from different disciplines. In 2015 he co-founded Switzerland's first augmented-reality agency and delivered projects for clients such as Lufthansa, Ringier and Roche. Alongside his entrepreneurial work he has been a podcaster for many years and a guest lecturer at HES-SO Valais-Wallis in digital marketing and innovation.
